Lee C. Arter is a Los Angeles personal injury attorney whose practice concentrates on litigating auto, motorcycle, and commercial trucking accidents, premises liability including trip and fall, slip and fall and other injury-causing incidents occurring on others’ premises, and civil assault and battery. His practice further focuses on traumatic brain injury, spinal cord and other catastrophic injuries sustained throughout California. He is a litigation attorney with over 35 years of experience.
In 1999, he appealed the granting of a summary judgment motion on a premises liability case involving a minor injured in the common area of an apartment building. That case, Amos v .
